By accessing or using craftwall.pro (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

• "Site" — the marketing website at craftwall.pro and all subdomains.
• "Service" — the product information, calculators, request forms, the FAQ form and the website chat offered through the Site.
• "User" — any natural person or legal entity accessing the Site.
• "Operator", "we", "us" — PIXEL COMMAND SOLUTIONS - FZCO (Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates), operating this Site under the Craft Wall brand.

2. Use license

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site and to use its calculators and forms to evaluate Craft Wall. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Site or its content.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Scrape the Site at a rate that materially burdens our infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of any client-side asset beyond what is permitted by mandatory law
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Impersonate any person or entity in the FAQ form
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other technical protections

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, software, and the underlying code — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "Craft Wall" is a trademark of the Operator.

5. Submitted content

By submitting a question via the FAQ form you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to read, store, and respond to your submission. You retain ownership of the text you submit.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Demo figures and metrics shown on the Site are illustrative.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed EUR 100 or the equivalent in your local currency.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those resources.

9. Termination
