This Privacy Policy explains how the Craft Wall team ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit craftwall.pro.

1. Who we are

Craft Wall is the brand under which we operate this website and the Craft Wall video-wall software product. The controller of the personal data described in this Policy is PIXEL COMMAND SOLUTIONS - FZCO, IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates (company registration 83495); full particulars are in the Imprint. 2. Data we collect

When you submit the FAQ form we collect:

  • Your name and email address, and your company if you provide it
  • The question text
  • Your IP address and browser user-agent (for spam prevention and rate limiting)
  • Submission timestamp

When you submit a demonstration, quote, partner, datasheet or whitepaper request, or send a scenario from the TCO calculator, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your company, phone number and message, if you provide them
  • The context you choose to send with the request, for example the calculator scenario, the vendor you compare, or your region, company type, project volume and demonstration-room status for a partner request
  • The page and language of the form, the submission time, and your IP address and browser user-agent (for spam prevention and rate limiting)

For a demonstration request we create a personal invitation in the customer cabinet at lk.craftwall.pro and email you the link; you register or sign in there to choose a time.

When you write to us in the website chat, your messages and any contact details you choose to leave (email or phone) are passed to our customer-service system on our own server; if it is unavailable, the message is emailed to our sales mailbox. A random chat identifier (cw_chat_token) and a marker of the last message you have seen (cw_chat_seen) are kept in your browser's local storage, so that the conversation continues on your next visit.

Where analytics is permitted (section 3), our analytics providers collect, when you visit a page:

  • Page URL, referrer, timestamp
  • Approximate location (country / city derived from IP)
  • Browser, OS, device type
  • Behavioural events: clicks, scroll depth, page interactions, Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
  • Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity)

Cookies are used by analytics providers to distinguish return visitors.

Advertising measurement. Where it is permitted (section 3) and you arrive from one of our Google Ads, Google stores the ad click identifier (gclid) in a first-party cookie (_gcl_*). We keep that identifier and the campaign tags of the link (utm_*) for the browser tab's session and attach them to a request you send, so we can tell which ads bring enquiries. When you send a request, the Google tag passes your email address and, if you give it, your phone number to Google in hashed form, so that Google can match the request to the ad click (enhanced conversions). This site shows no advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

  • FAQ submissions, requests and chat — to answer your enquiry and, for demonstration, quote and partner requests, to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) consent and, for requests, Art. 6(1)(b).
  • IP address (rate limit) — to prevent abuse. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6 (1)(f) legitimate interest.
  • Analytics and advertising measurement — to improve the site, measure traffic and see which of our ads bring enquiries. If you may be in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland — we go by the language of the page and your device's time zone, and Google tags additionally apply Google's own location check — nothing optional runs until you choose in the privacy prompt, where analytics and advertising measurement are separate choices (GDPR and UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) consent). Elsewhere both are on by default on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and which advertising works (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) where it applies). You can switch either off at any time under “Privacy settings” in the footer; the choice applies to every language version.

4. Third parties

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google LLC, USA; Google Ireland Ltd for the EEA) — web analytics and advertising measurement. Standard Contractual Clauses for EU transfer.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corp., USA) — heatmaps + session recordings. SCCs for EU transfer.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU) — outbound email delivery.
  • Telegram — optional notifications about new FAQ submissions and requests (encrypted).

The Russian-language version of the site (/ru/) is operated by a separate company under its own privacy policy and additionally uses Yandex.Metrika; it sends no advertising measurement.

5. International data transfers

Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA to the United States (Google, Microsoft) under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

  • FAQ submissions — 24 months
  • Analytics events — 14 months (GA4 setting)
  • Session recordings — 30–90 days per provider
  • Advertising cookies (_gcl_*) — up to 90 days
  • Server logs — 90 days

7. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/EEA) and equivalent data protection laws in your jurisdiction, you may:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@craftwall.pro. We respond within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics and Clarity only where analytics is permitted, and advertising cookies (_gcl_*) by Google Ads only where advertising measurement is permitted (see section 3). The site itself stores a few values: your language choice (cookie NEXT_LOCALE, one year, set only when you switch the language), your privacy choice (cookie and local storage craftwall_consent_v2, 180 days), the campaign tags and, where permitted, the ad click identifier of your visit (session storage cw_attribution, cleared when the tab closes) and, if you use the chat, the chat identifiers cw_chat_token and cw_chat_seen in local storage. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; this may degrade analytics quality but does not block site access.

9. Children

The site is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
