Craft Wall partner programme for integrators and resellers

This page describes the working process for system integrators, resellers and distributors: how a partnership starts, how a project is registered and who is responsible for what. Partner-specific commercial terms are agreed in the partner discussion.

Perpetual licence: €2,500 per server. Capacity depends on the GPU, video outputs and source workload.

Updated:

Who the programme is for

System integrators that design and install control rooms and AV systems. Resellers and distributors that supply software to those integrators. Consultants who specify video wall systems for tenders.

Craft Wall is sold as a perpetual licence per server or as a preconfigured server. The licence has no per-display, per-source, per-operator or per-canvas fee, so a partner sizes a project by the server hardware alone.

How a partnership starts

Six steps take a partner from the first enquiry to the first project.

  1. Send the partner enquiry with your region, company type, typical number of video wall projects per year and whether you have a demonstration room.
  2. Introductory call: your projects and customers, the product, the two offers and your role in delivery.
  3. Try the live demo stand on your own in a 30-minute slot; bring a current project to the proof of concept.
  4. Technical enablement: datasheets, the sizing and TCO calculators, a deployment and security review, the Linux installation guide and reference server specifications.
  5. First project: register the project, agree the configuration and quote, demonstrate to the end customer and run a proof of concept where the decision needs one.
  6. Partner-specific commercial terms are discussed at this stage and confirmed in writing.

Project registration

Registering a project tells us which partner is preparing which customer's specification. Demonstrations, sizing questions and the quote for that project then go to one contact.

Send the registration through the partner form or by email to sales@craftwall.pro. We confirm receipt by email and assign an engineer for the technical work.

Registration does not create a purchase obligation for either side. The terms that apply to registered projects are confirmed in the partner discussion.

  • End customer, site and country.
  • Display arrangement: rows and columns, panel type and resolution.
  • Source list by type and quantity: cameras, dashboards, remote desktops, NDI, capture, conferencing.
  • Existing controller or software, if the project replaces one.
  • Decision timeline and procurement route.
  • Your technical contact for the demonstration and sizing.

Who does what

The table shows the usual split of responsibilities for the two offers. The project contract defines the final scope; agree deviations in writing before installation.
