By accessing or using craftwall.pro (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

- "Service" — the marketing information, demo playground, and FAQ submission interface offered through the Site.

2. Use license
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site and to use the demo playground for evaluation purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Site or its content.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Scrape the Site at a rate that materially burdens our infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of any client-side asset beyond what is permitted by mandatory law
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content
- Impersonate any person or entity in the FAQ form
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other technical protections
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, software, and the underlying code — is owned by or licensed to iViTech LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "Craft Wall" and "iViH VideoWall" are trademarks of iViTech LLC.
5. Submitted content
By submitting a question via the FAQ form you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to read, store, and respond to your submission. You retain ownership of the text you submit.
6. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Demo figures and metrics shown on the Site are illustrative.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iViTech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed EUR 100 or the equivalent in your local currency.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those resources.
9. Termination
We may, at our discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts at the registered office of iViTech LLC, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence applies.
